The Measurement we provide are taken with the product laid flat, due to the elasticity of the fabric, measurement of starting point and other factors, there is a slightly error from the actual product size, the error size is ± 2cm.

Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear slightly darker / brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All ready stock order take1-3 days to process. Weekends are not counted as working days.
If your order consists of a backorder / preorder item, your order will be shipped after the BO / Preorder stocks have arrived (approximately 2-3 weeks). If there are ready stocks & preorders in your order and you would like to opt for split shipping, shipping cost will be charged.
We're using our default courier service J&T express take 2-4 working days to receive. Other delivery service such as DHL & Poslaju, kindly remark for us upon checkout.
Tracking number will be updated by email once your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Please note that we do not provide any refund service once order are made. 
To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchange must be made within 7 working days start from the date when your order has been completely delivered to your doorstep.
Please be notified that ALL related exchange shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
