1.Q: Your items are ready stock?
A: Yes, all item are ready stock.

2.Q: How many days I can receive my parcel?
A: Normally you may receive within 2-4 working days (West Malaysia) & 3-5 working days (East Malaysia) for ready stock order.

3.Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Online Fund Transfer, TnG E-wallet & Bank Deposit.

4.Q: How much for shipping fee?
A: : RM8 for West Malaysia customer and RM15 for East Malaysia

5.Q: Where can I check my tracking number?
A: Tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order successfully ship out.

6.Q: What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

7.Q: How to get free shipping?
A: We do not provide free shipping at the moment.
