Returns & Exchanges – Singapore Orders

For Singapore customers, please read carefully before placing an order.

For international returns / exchanges, kindly note that the customer will have to bear the delivery fees to return the items back to CHIC STYLE. We will issue store credits to your account where you can then purchase your preferred size / color / item online. 


We only accept return for size exchange:

  • All return and re-delivery shipping fees will be borne by the customer 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted

We do not accept exchange for order with:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor differences in color due to lighting or screen display
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect wear

If Item received is defective, damaged, or wrong item sent. Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Clear photo and/or video proof is required
