Returns & Exchanges – Singapore Orders

For Singapore customers, please read carefully before placing an order.

 

• For international returns / exchanges, kindly note that the customer will have to bear the delivery fees to return the items back to us.
• We will issue store credits to your account where you can then purchase your preferred size / colour / item online.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Returns are not allow for minor differences in colour due to lighting or screen display.
• Returns are not allowed for minor imperfections that do not affect wear.
