Return & Exchange Policy

Do you accept returns & exchange items ?
Chic Style provides returns & exchange for all items, except on sale item, clearance stock, specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items. Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return on the first time cannot be returned the consequent time.

Return & Exchange Terms and Condition

1. Please note that we do not provide any refund service once order are made.

2. To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Exchange must be made within 7 working days start from the date when your order has been completely delivered to your doorstep.

4. Please be notified that ALL related exchange shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

We will only provide exchange once we receive your parcel securely, so we highly recommend you to use a traceable delivery service for shipping the item back to us, Thank you!
